Over-the-Rhine Visions Project The OTR Visions project was a two year effort to collect and document stories about individuals who have had a significant impact on the life and development of OTR. Twenty-two community leaders were interviewed by journalist Eric Lose to capture a snapshot of aspirational thinking and action in this important and contested community.
