Housing and Parking on South Vine Street The Community Design Center provided service to Downtown Cincinnati Incorporated and the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce to visualize housing and parking development options near the intersection of Vine Street and Central Parkway. The Community Design Center students also restored and publicly displayed a model of Vine Street created by the UC Community Planning and Design Center in 1989.
