Spring 2009 Open House & Review

The fall quarter 2009 is the beginning of the second year of the Great Street and Gateways cycle, which studies the Hopple Street - Martin Luther King Drive - Madison Road corridor from Camp Washington to Madisonville in Cincinnati. This quarter, students of urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, transportation engineering, environmental engineering, and structural engineering were assigned to work on the I-71 and I-75 corridors in the uptown area. Presentations given during the Review and open House focused on framework plans, urban design proposals and implementation strategies in the neighborhoods of Avondale, Walnut Hills, Camp Washington, Northside, South Cumminsville, and Winton Place, all along I-71 and I-75.
