Food System and Waste Program at UC

The University of Cincinnati is an important part of the food system in the amount of food purchased as well as the waste produced. This talk by CDC intern Lizbeth Ruiz examined food management practices within the university and the elements related to its internal food system, including the functioning of UC's dining services and the conservation programs to diminish its environmental footprint.
