Winter 2005 Open House & Review The Niehoff Studio hosted a final presentation of student work and a public open house on March 4, 2005, Students of the Winter Quarter worked on urban design projects in OTR north and a proposal for a new facilty for the Cincinnati Black Theater in the 1700 block of Vine Street.
