This team documented existing institutional, industrial/manufacturing, utility, and other land uses and occupancy types. First they did explored the city-wide context relating to relevant plans and modes of transportation. As a result of a windshield survey of what exists, they detailed occupancies/vacancies in the study area including use type, product, services, or function, revenue, number of employees or participants.
