This team focused on the Nutone site as well as its surroundings in an attempt to establish a pedestrian-oriented center for Madisonville. This was accomplished through a Redbank-Madison grade separation creating a tunnel for Redbank to cross through. Above the tunnel a pedestrian realm is created to bridge the gap between Madisonville and Oakley.
