Hamilton County Brownfields Lists: These spreadsheets list properties by address that are known or suspected to be contaminated. To determine which parcels are attached to each address (there are often more than one), use the Hamilton County Auditor’s property search to locate the parcel associated with a given address, note the owner, and check the ownership records of the abutting parcels to determine which additional parcels are included under the same ownership. Aerial images also help to reveal which parcels may be included in a whole brownfield area.
