Using the OLLI Proposal Forms for Fall 2013 Courses and BBLs
Download the appropriate form. From one of the two links below. Both forms are provided in PDF format for Adobe reader and are set to use the typewriter function. Once saved, fill in the information using the menus, check boxes, or blank lines as appropriate, and save the form when complete.
To enter data to the form just click the typewriter tab and move the curser to the question you wish to answer and enter your information then move the curser to your next item and type again. Repeating until the form is complete. When done save the form to your desktop and attach to an email.
The forms are designed to be intuitive in their use. If preparing more than one proposal, each must have a unique file name.
Send the completed form to your Caller as an attachment to an e-mail message. If you have no assigned Caller, email the form to dicklenz@fuse.net .
