Online Registration

Choose the registration method that suits you - 

Online: Follow the steps outlined at the bottom of this section. Have your VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card available.

Note- When you register online, you are immediately assigned to your classes. Mail registrations can be subject to postal and office delays. If you have sent your registration to us by mail already, please do not enter the information again online.

TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES ONLINE

Step 1 - Log In.
NOTE - If this is the first time that you have registered online for an OLLI class, you will be asked to create a new account before continuing. IMPORTANT!  THE REGISTRATION SOFTWARE WILL NOT ALLOW THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE USED BY TWO PEOPLE, SO TO REGISTER ONLINE YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS NOT ALREADY IN USE.

If it is not the first time that you have registered online, you will be asked to enter your email address and password. If you do not know your password, you will be given an opportunity to click on a link that will email your password to you.

Step 2 - Be Sure that your account information is correct.
Then click the Create Account or Confirm Information button at the bottom of the Account Information page and you will be brought back to this page. (The name on the button will depend on whether or not this is the first time you have registered online.)

Step 3 - Select Membership Option.
From the column on the left side of this page select and click on either Quarterly Membership or Annual Membership. (Note: The annual membership is only available during fall quarter registration.) After you select your membership choice, a page will pop up that requires you to register your membership. You do that by clicking on the box at the right of the page above the word Register and then clicking on the button in the middle of the page labeled Register for Selected Classes.

Step 4 - Pending Schedule Page.
You will then be taken to the Pending Schedule page. Make sure that the type of membership and cost are correct.

Step 5 - Pick classes you wish to take.
It is now time to pick the classes you wish to take. To do this, click on each of the entries in the location/time list in the column on the left side of the Pending Schedule page. That will show you all of the classes in each separate location and time. When you have made a class selection, click on the Register box on the right side of the page next to the class you wish to take.

Step 6 - Click the Register for Selected Classes button at bottom of the page.
For each class you want to take, click the Register for Selected Classes button at the bottom of the page. Do this right after you click on each Register box.

Step 7 - Click the Pay for Classes & Complete Registration button.
After you have selected and registered for your membership and all of the classes you wish to take, click the Pay for Classes & Complete Registration button.

Step 8 - Payment Information Page.
Next, you will be taken to the Payment Information page. Confirm that your membership and class information are correct. Complete the credit card information and click on the Submit Order button at the bottom of the page.  Then wait for your order to process until the registration confirmation page appears. THIS IS IMPORTANT! IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND CLASSES BY CREDIT CARD AT THIS POINT, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR CLASSES. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO REGISTER BY MAIL, BY PHONE, OR IN PERSON AT THE OLLI OFFICE.

NOTE – You will automatically be emailed a confirmation of your registration. (If your schedule indicates that you are on a wait list for a class, you are not registered for that class. The class is full and you are only on a list of people that will be called if someone drops that class.)
