In order to provide academic, personal, social, and financial support to first-generation, Pell-eligible students, the Gen-1 Theme House employs two full-time professional staff members. Additionally, two resident advisors are available to ensure students receive timely advising and guidance. This structure provides students with 24/7 access to program staff.
