Welcome to the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) website!

The CESL is affiliated with the Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) Graduate Program at the University of Cincinnati. CESL consists of three units: Oral English Proficiency Testing (OEPT)Office, English as a Second Language (ESL) Credit Course Unit, and the English Language Institute.
