The next All-University Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th. All grads should report to the Armory Fieldhouse no later than 9:15 AM on Saturday, Dec. 12th to check-in for December Commencement. Check-in will close at 9:45 AM.
-All graduates should wear comfortable shoes with a low heel. You will be marching up stairs to the Fifth Third Arena.
-If you have a physical disability that limits your mobility, you should proceed directly to the Fifth Third Arena using the northeast corner entrance to the arena which is across from Dabney Hall. Check in with a Commencement Committee volunteer in order to fill out your reader card. You will wait in this area so you can join your college when they march in.
-All bags will be checked before proceeding to the gym floor. Do NOT bring personal belongings with you to the staging area. You will not return to the Armory Fieldhouse after the Commencement ceremony.
