Effort is ongoing to place the two main sources of Controller's Office documentation on these pages. These are the CUFS Users Guide and the FOPP (Fiscal Operating Policies and Procedures) Manual. The contents found here replicate what is found in the printed documentation but are operative within Internet formatting rules and take advantage of certain features inherent to the Web.
The FOPP Manual is the most complete of the two. It includes most of the narrative descriptions. An index is shown that essentially replicates the Table of Contents but allows the user to navigate (hyperlink) to the various sections of the manual. The forms and associated instructions, and a few charts must yet be included. The date of last update is indicated for most pages.
Posting to the CUFS Users Guide on the Web has just been started. Conversion of the original documents is taking place. The printed Users Guide has not been changed for several years and must also be updated. Check our news page where announcements of updates to this manual will be placed. .
