About this Query

The Fund Number associated with a Fund Balance record must be specified.  The Unexpended Fund Balance is effective as of the last closed monthly accounting period.  Unexpended Fund Balance is increased by revenue and other additions and is reduced by expenditures and other deductions.  Encumbrances and Pre-encumbrances are not included in the calculations.
