P-2 Program Features and Assessment:

The P-2 will collect information within a common structure to document program features and assessment of program learning outcomes.

Previous Deadlines:

Firm deadlines were established in order to meet our Pledge to Students for degree completion. Courses and programs cannot be modified after the following deadlines in order to create Individual Academic Plans for all students. If courses and programs have not completed the approval process, they will not be available to students in fall 2012.

Due Date	Curriculum Activity
March 27, 2011	Graduate and Professional courses (C-1) must be dean certified in the Unit Head Certification (U-1)
May 1, 2011	Graduate and Professional programs (P-1) and certificates for matriculated students must be dean level approved
May 31, 2011	Undergraduate courses (C-1) must be dean certified in the Unit Head Certification (U-1)
May 31, 2011	Undergraduate programs (P-1) and certificates and minors for matriculated students must be dean level approved
May 31, 2011	A-1 (links quarter to semester program) must be completed by program directors and unit heads
