In Stores Now

Upon arriving to my first co-op at Jimmy'Z (Aeropostale) in NYC, I was expecting to be making boards and getting coffee. To my surprise, they had me designing T-shirts the very first day. Within three weeks of me working there I had my first t-shirt design going to the manufacturer to be sold across the country. By the time I was leaving my three month co-op, I had over 20 t-shirt and board short designs that were on shelves across the nation. Having an opportunity to have my designs in stores on my first co-op was extremely surprising and very rewarding. Being a graphic designer and not a fashion designer, this was an amazing chance for me to explore different fields of graphic design that I might not have considered before given this type of project.
