I have spent over a year as a Co-op Student for Apple. Working in Cupertino has given me the opportunity to work with some of the most creative people in the country as well as the chance to work on some amazing, innovative projects. Due to the highly secretive nature of Apple, these projects have an amazing electric atmosphere surrounding them. I have been lucky enough to work on many different projects during my several rotations. I have worked on the transition to the Intel Chipset, for all of the products, and got to work very closely on the MacBook Pro. I also had to opportunity to work on the iPhone before it was even announced, and continue working on it as it became the most talked about product on the market today.Apple ignited the personal computer revolution in the 1970s with the Apple II and reinvented the personal computer in the 1980s with the Macintosh. Today, Apple continues to lead the industry in innovation with its award-winning computers, OS X operating system and iLife and professional applications. Apple is also spearheading the digital media revolution with its iPod portable music and video players and iTunes online store, and has entered the mobile phone market this year with its revolutionary iPhone.
