Autumn '07 was my first quarter of co-op, and there wasn't much more that I could ask for than the experience I had with Delta Air Lines! Several of the countless perks for working in Delta Cargo included the opportunity to move to the Delta world headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. I even had free housing!! However, the best perk of the co-op was when I wasn't even at work! I had the opportunity of a lifetime through the flight benefits I had. I flew to over 10 new cities over the span of my 3 months at Delta, and that's not even the best part. I get to keep those benefits year round!! Some of the awesome places I visited this quarter were Amsterdam, Madrid, Dublin, and Las Vegas! Oh, and did I mention that the flights were free with the possibility of sitting in Business class overseas? There's not much that beats flying to Europe for free and eating a 5 course meal while on the way there! Being a Delta Air LInes co-op has provided me with the opportunity of a lifetime and has exposed me to just how globalized this world is becoming. Thanks to this experience, I am much more cultured and open to the diverse world that we live in.
