What is Administrative Management Technology: Software Specialist?
The administrative management technology: software specialist program is designed to prepare students for the fast-growing software specialist, office support and customer service career areas. Graduates receive an associate of applied business degree.
This program includes an optional paid internship component to give students on-the-job training related to course work. Students in the program will attend classes on a full-time basis and work in a software specialist-related position for 20 hours a week for one year. Through this program students learn the fundamentals in class, while gaining necessary real-world work experience.

Students who are successful in this area are those who are highly skilled in business computer software applications and who have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Majoring in Administrative Management Technology: Software Specialist
These career-oriented, associate of applied business degree programs offer the necessary course work for proficiency in administrative management technology. Raymond Walters College (RWC) has up-to-date microcomputer equipment and software to provide you with a realistic setting in which to prepare for the high-technology office.
An internship program, designed to provide an opportunity for on-the-job training, is available as an elective for full-time, second-year students.
All administrative management technology programs can be completed entirely through evening study. Office information technology courses must be repeated if the student receives a grade of "C-" or lower.
