English Placement Assessment
All undergraduate students at the University of Cincinnati must complete the English placement requirement before they can register for a beginning composition course. Since writing is such an important part of college, we want to make sure that students begin their composition course work at the appropriate level. Teachers who are familiar with our courses determine placement so that students start on the right path to complete their educational goals successfully.

Online and On-Campus Options
