Turner Scholar Diversity Project Presentations

6:00 pm-9:00pm; AACRC

Sponsor: Ethnic Programs and Services

Please join us for the first ever Darwin T. Turner Diversity Project Showcase! Every year our scholars are charged to explore diversity in a new way- this year we decided to raise the stakes by tasking our scholars to explore diversity in groups of 8 randomly selected students and an assigned randomly selected topic. The scholars have worked diligently over the past semester to push their scope of knowledge, challenge their beliefs and spark activism within their own communities. Our scholars will formally present their findings and their enlightenment via creative format. We hope you’ll join us. Please RSVP by Monday March 10, 2014 to patrice.barnes@uc.edu so that we may adequately prepare for your attendance.
