Conference & Event Services provides complete conference and event management services. We work with departments, colleges, administrative units, faculty, and students to determine how best to meet their needs in planning and executing a successful conference or event. CES Staff

Jamie is a Program Director and has been with CES since March 2006. She earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. She started her career in conference and event planning during college, working part-time in University Conferencing. After graduation, she continued marketing and event planning as the marketing manager for a world-wide medical imaging company, where she also planned continuing education conferences and events. Jamie has experience managing conferences and exhibit halls both locally and nationally.

Florine is Program Director and has been at the University of Cincinnati since 2005. She has worked in event planning for MainStreet Operations and has managed the Summer Conferences operations in Housing & Food Services. Her expertise includes:

-speakers/concurrent sessions management
-one-day conference planning
-protocol services (domestic and international)
-unique events and ceremonies
-writing and editing

Florine has previous experience in leadership roles with non-profit organizations and international relations. She earned a B.S. in International Trade from Texas Tech University and a Certificate in Journalism from University of Cincinnati. She is a national board member for Protocol Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association.

Katy has provided conference and event services for ten years at the University of Cincinnati. She is a Program Director and manages a variety of conferences and events, including multiple-day conferences, one day meetings, banquets, and many other events. Her responsibilities have grown to include exhibit and abstract management. Katy received a BA in Communications in 1999 from the University of Cincinnati.

Corinn is a Program Director with over ten years of meeting and event planning experience.  She graduated from University of Cincinnati with a degree in Communications, and completed her Masters in Conference and Event Planning from Bowling Green State University.  Her experience includes managing corporate events, multi-day conferences and meetings at The Toledo Zoo and Bowling Green State University.
