When planning your event, remember facility and logistics:
– Select your location        
– Negotiate the facility rental        
– Block meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, food function, and exhibit space   
– Arrange parking and order parking permits      
– Determine menus and guarantee meal counts
– Order audiovisual
– Order security, if needed
