Hosting your event at the University of Cincinnati provides attendees with a progressive, metropolitan experience. UC is conveniently located in the heart of Cincinnati, Ohio, and is just three miles from the downtown businesses and venues. UC has multiple transportation options onsite and throughout the city, and is accessible from three major highways: I-71, I-75 and I-74, while I-275 circles the area. The Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is the nearest airport to UC. It is located near Covington, Kentucky, and its code is CVG. Shuttles to and from the airport are available from the Kingsgate Conference Center.
Booking space at UC typically has a one-year lead time. For special events and conferences, contracts are booked two years out. Please review our general terms and conditions.

Special Event Requirements
When hosting a special event on campus, non-University groups are required to provide CES with a certificate of insurance (COI). Insurance requirements and coverage quotes are available on the Enterprise Risk Managment.
