FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Welcome, on behalf of the 450 staff members of Facilities Management. We are stewards of the facilities of the University of Cincinnati and provide repair, cleaning and support services throughout 97 buildings totaling more than nine million square feet of space. Our buildings are spread across three campuses and several off-campus properties that are located on 165 acres of land.
The mission of Facilities Management is to provide safe, healthy, and comfortable services and environments, using service excellence to support the advancement of the university.
The vision of Facilities Management is to exceed the expectations of the campus community by providing services and environments that are efficient, effective, and support the mission, vision and prominence of the University of Cincinnati.
