Basic Training

Basic Training

Basic Training strengthens the body from the core to the arms and legs using body, free weights, medicine balls, and stability balls.  This functional fitness inspired class is designed for the whole body to work in unison.  After this full hour of class you will feel more flexible, stronger, and balanced.
