We're adding Zumba to our Cardio Blast group fitness class. All-new Cardio Zumba features the fusion of Latin and International music, rhythms, and movements of Zumba along with a rotating format of step, hi/lo, double step, and muscle, making this one cardio party you won’t want to miss!

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do in order for participants to stick to a fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout.
