GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • 15 MINUTE ABS:  Come and work on your abs of steel!  This non-aerobic class concentrates on the entire abdominal region and lower back, followed by exercises to increase overall flexibility.
  • BASIC TRAININGNEW!  A unique fitness class guaranteed to work your muscles!  Challenge yourself with fun exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body using weights, tubing, bars, and stability balls.
  • BODY SCULPT:  A time-efficient class designed to add variety and fun to a calorie-burning, muscle-sculpting challenge!  This cable circuit class is your total body workout in just 30 minutes!
  • CARDIO ZUMBAŽ:  Featuring the fusion of Latin and International music, rhythms, and movements of Zumba along with a rotating format of step, hi/lo, double step, and muscle.
  • GUTS & BUTTS:  Pick up the pace by combining a short step or slide workout with challenging exercises which target the abdominal and gluteal muscle groups.
  • MUSCLE MISSION:  A thirty minute non-aerobic class geared to the lunchtime exerciser wanting increased muscle tone and flexibility.  Get in shape with this total body tone-up!
  • SPINŽ & SCULPT:  Get ready to workout, break a sweat, and challenge yourself with a 25 minute ride, followed by a total body strengthening session!  Come SPINŽ and sculpt your way to fitness!
