Join the Walk This Way group as they visit the Cincinnati Zoo in our slideshow.

 

Do you want to build your cardio endurance while enjoying Cincinnati’s beautiful weather?  Walk This Way is a FREE class that will give you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, walk with friends, and enhance your cardiovascular health.  Each instructor-led walk will follow a specially chosen path around UC’s East Campus.  We will walk for approximately 30 minutes.  This is a great workout for beginners, those in a time crunch, or anyone looking to add variety to their daily routine.  We will be meeting in front of the Health Professions Building on Eden Ave.  All you need are your walking shoes! (Maximum of 20 walkers.)
