Wome and Weights Slide Show
Check out the strong ladies of Women and Weights in our slideshow.
This fun, safe program has been specifically designed for women.  Maintain bone density, increase metabolism, and discover the health benefits of weight training in a supportive environment.

This group class will perfectly complement your existing exercise program or introduce weight training to the first-time participant!

 

*SUMMER SESSION*
 24 classes - $150
Monday, June 9, 2008 - Friday, September  5, 2008
Mondays and Fridays    8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
No class Friday, July 4, 2008 and Monday, September 1, 2008.

Prior to beginning Women & Weights, all participants must complete a participation screening that includes a health history questionnaire, a physician's consent, if applicable, and sign a liability waiver.
