Cabbage is chopped fresh for cole slaw, as are carrots for carrot & raisin salad. Every salad and Cool Wrap® at Chick-fil-A is handcrafted with freshly cut vegetables. We even hand-squeeze lemons for our lemonade and freshly brew our own blend of iced tea.
