(2002) Ohio Learning Network Grant (OLN)
UC was one of 31 learning communities selected in the first cycle of the Ohio Learning Network Learning Communities Initiative.  The initiative provided a catalyst and support for the on-going development of pedagogically-robust, technologically-enhanced collegiate programs, courses, modules, and learning objectives;  provide a framework for faculty to work together as communities, to increase collaboration across disciplines and create more technologically enriched learning resources.  Develop shared learning resources that re portable, scalable, and connected to student competencies.  Build a diverse cadre of faculty and learning community consultants who will work and support each other as they address current issues of teaching, learning, and advanced technologies.  The faculty learning community model is alive at UC through our annual CET & L September Institute.   The project was the precursor to the College of Business’ current Project Fast Track.
