Peer Educator

Peer Educators, regardless of their role, need to continually develop and enhance understanding and capability in a variety of core skills. On this page we will share information and best practices to build the impact of a peer educator.

Resources

> There are five core areas that all peer educators are involved in: leadership, mentoring, facilitation, academic coaching, and networking/connecting. Below are adapted portions of our Peer Leader handbook to be general for all peer educators. You will also find toolkits, information sheets, and self assessments to continue your growth.

Below are additional resources that we would like to provide to peer educators.

We also have our Peer Leader Handbook available upon request. Please email Dr. Greg Metz at gregory.metz@uc.edu to request more information or to view portions of the handbook.
