General Education Core Leadership

The General Education Core is designed to take into account the diversity of the individual colleges, their missions, and UC's individual organizational context, while offering an educational framework that supports common knowledge, essential competencies, and their responsible application in a global context.  Our General Education Coordinating Committee, with representatives from several colleges/units, is charged with leadership of this effort.
