El Salvador Study Tour will operate like a regular course in that, in addition to the trip to El Salvador, students will have assigned readings and their grade will be determined by written work, a major paper, a book presentation, and participation in discussion in the classroom and on the trip. Students will complete assigned readings and have 5 hours of class meetings before departure to El Salvador and one 2-hours class meeting after returning to Cincinnati. The coursework for the 2008 program will take place during Spring quarter, with the trip coinciding with spring break, June 14-21.
