Stratford Heights, one of UC’s two affiliated housing locations, houses 693 residents in suite-style housing set on 10.5 acres across from McMicken Hall on Clifton Avenue.  The property is comprised of 19 houses which hold approximately 30 students each as well as a larger 152-bed building called Tower Hall.  The diverse student community offers living facilities for fraternities and sororities, religious organizations, academic departments, and educational focus groups, as well as non-group affiliated houses.  Each house is fully furnished and offers quiet areas, a community kitchen, and a large screen television.  Rates include all utilities, cable (HBO), high-speed internet, and deluxe furnishings with a personal refrigerator.  The Stratford Heights Community Center offers a fitness center, convenience store, and banquet facilities.  No meal plans are required. 

University Park Apartments

University Park Apartments houses 749 residents in a new apartment community. Each fully furnished apartment includes a full  kitchen, carpet and air conditioning. Rates include all utilities, wireless internet, cable (HBO) and phone. This facility is located above 11 retail stores and restaurants and is located adjacent to the UC campus.
