When you rent an apartment in the Scioto-Morgens- Complex, you become a member of a community of caring individuals. Each staff member is committed to making your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Each building has a lounge located on the lobby level for use by the residents of Scioto and Morgens. These lounges may be reserved for private parties, meetings, or just for informal times with your many neighbors.

A Game Room is available for recreation of the residents of Scioto and Morgens. It is equipped with a full size pool table and a ping-pong table. Equipment in good condition is available for the residents to enjoy these facilities.There is also a formal Conference room available that may be reserved by the residents to hold meetings or just for studying.

Basic cable TV is offered at no extra charge.  Premium channels (HBO & Showtime) and local telephone service are offered at a nominal cost.  Vending machines are located on the lobby floor to cure those late night hungers. Laundry facilities are located on the lobby level for the convenience of the residents. These machines are available 24 hours a day and can be operated with the Bearcat Campus Card or coins.

The Scioto-Jefferson complex is connected to the ResNet system. This powerful communications tool is a service that gives residents direct internet connection from their apartments. An outdoor play area is located between Morgens and Scioto Halls for children of all ages.

Convenient garage parking is located directly behind the apartment complex. In order to use this facility, tenants must purchase parking decals from the University of Cincinnati Parking Services Office.
