The purpose of this fraternity is to assemble college students in the fellowship of principles derived from the Scout Oath and Law of the Boy Scouts of America; to develop leadership, to promote friendship and to provide service to humanity.

The Delta Alpha Chapter was originally chartered at the University of Cincinnati
in 1942 and was rechartered in 1990. We have a long-standing tradition of excellence and service on the UC campus. We work alongside a large number of the other student groups and organizations on various projects. Our office is located in the Steger Student Life Center.

We take pride in being one of the most well rounded chapters in the midwest region, as well as being one of the strongest student organizations on campus. Over forty members strong, we average over 1000 hours of service per quarter.
