Professor Betsy Malloy joined the University of Cincinnati College of Law after practicing law as an attorney at Covington & Burling, where her work included health law and employment law litigation. Professor Malloy's prior experience includes clerking for the Honorable Judge Eugene A. Wright of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During her time at Duke Law School, Professor Malloy served as a note editor for the Duke Law Journal before graduating with a J.D. in 1991. Professosr Malloy has focused her scholarship on the areas of health and disabiity law. She also blogs at HealthLawProfBlog. She teaches Health Law, Disability Law, Torts, and Health Care Enterprise.
