Erica Merritt is a passionate diversity professional. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Ursuline College and a Master's Degree in Psychology with a certification in Diversity Management from Cleveland State University. She has spent her career focusing on social justice issues. Erica's special interests include racial identity, HIV /AIDS and disadvantaged youth. She has presented at two National AMSA conferences and speaks to groups on a regular basis. Erica's style is engaging and interactive. She doesn't talk “at” her audience; she involves them in a conversation.
