Have you ever wanted to really learn how to play pool? The UC Billiards Club can help you. There's a place in the UCBC's activities for everyone, no matter what level of playing proficiency:
The UC 8-Ball League: Free for All UC Students, Faculty, & Staff!
Anyone at UC can play in the free UC 8-Ball League, located at UC's Catskeller Game Room & Sports Lounge located in the first floor of TUC! Meet new friends, get better at the game, and support MainStreet. To sign up for the 8-Ball League, simply email Darrin Hunter and provide your UC email address. You will automatically be set up with access to the UC Billiards Forum, an online bulletin board that gives you access to pool & billiards resources and lets you arrange games with other UC students.
The UC Billiards Club: Do you want more than just casual social play?
The UC Billiards Club provides resources for all players, regardless of level, to take their game to the next level! We meet several times a quarter for more focused practice sessions than the UC 8-Ball League can afford. Through web resources, books, and shared table experience of other members, we hone our fundamental technique and skills in multiple pool games. We also provide competitive players an opportunity to represent UC at intercollegiate events with style and class.
