Group Budget Award

This award is to be used for any event or for purchases that a GSA deems necessary for community building amongst their graduate students. Every GSA is entitled to a fixed amount each year, based on their student enrollment which is notified to the GSA officers during the first GSGA meeting of the academic year.

No computer / technology / alcohol / gift card purchases will be reimbursed. It is a good idea to check with the GSGA treasurer before planning to spend the budget amount. After the event, please turn in your receipts with the signed and completed application form in a A114 envelope (available outside GSGA office), within 14 days of event/purchase. A proper description of the expenses must be provided on the A114 envelope. Late submissions will be summarily rejected. NO exceptions !

If the event was a group event, a list of attendees must be submitted with A114 envelope.
