All UC Graduate Students are eligible for a maximum of $400 per year from the GSGA. That amount can be availed as a combination of any of the three awards below. A student cannot exceed $400 (any award) per year or $400 of research award in the entire graduate career at UC. Throughout the GSGA website, "One Year" refers to the time period starting the first day of the summer quarter of a year to the last day of summer break (the break after spring quarter) the following year.

A step-by-step guide for applying and obtaining these funds from GSGA is also available under those links. There is no separate "funds reserving process" with the GSGA. At this point, all students submitting claims appropriately by following all guidelines below will be eligible to receive funds.
