Getting Started

This Web-based system is limited to UC communications staff who contribute news releases, profiles, Did You Know items and Second-Level Page Images. The system requires a Windows-based machine.

You must log into the system before entering content: http://staging.uc.edu/news/admin/.

NOTE: If you are using the system outside of the campus network, you will need VPN (Virtual Private Network) software from UCit.

Log into the Administration area using your given UserID and Password. If you do not have a UserID and Password, contact WebCommunications@uc.edu to request one.

Users can change their password by clicking Change Password.  This will show a form prompting for your UserID, your Old Password, and then a New Password.  After changing your password successfully, you will be asked to log in with your UserID and new Password.  

Once you have successfully logged into E-News, you will be prompted to select an option from the Navigation menu items at the left.
