UHP Statistics and Student Profile
The history of the University Honors Program dates back to the late 1960's, when it was a College of Arts and Sciences program known as the the McMicken Honors Program. In 1991, the program became university-wide and was known as the Honors Scholars Program. In 2007, the program was completely revised and the name was changed to the University Honors Program. Currently, the University Honors Program serves students from every undergraduate college on campus.
