Residence Hall Options
All rooms are furnished and come with air conditioning, high speed Internet access, a phone, local phone service, utilities, and cable TV service. A premium channel upgrade is available for the cable service. Loft beds are also available. All halls feature a full fire protection system and 24-hour security. |

| Calhoun Hall
A co-ed, 12-story, non-smoking, air-conditioned residence hall that houses 680 students in double and single rooms. During 2001, each room was updated with new paint and furniture. Calhoun Hall features kitchenettes and lounges on each floor, a computer lab, a classroom and a student-run weight room. |

| Campus Recreation Center Housing: Opening Fall 2005
Campus Recreation Center Housing is the University’s newest residence hall and part of a complex that includes over 200,000 square feet of recreation facilities, Market on Main, the 24 hour convenience store, and CenterCourt, the new dining center. The housing portion provides rooms for 224 residents in suite-style accommodations. The hall is co-ed by suite. Suites are arranged with two people each having an individual bedroom. Each suite includes bathroom facilities, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer unit. In addition, the hall has a study lounge and laundry facilities. American with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible accommodations are also available. |

| Dabney Hall
A traditional, non-smoking residence hall that can house up to 202 Student. Renovated in summer 2002, the hall features new furniture and air conditioning. The building has a kitchenette and big screen TV in the lobby. Every floor has a floor lounge. |

Daniels Hall
A co-ed 12-story, air-conditioned, non-smoking, residence hall that houses 700 students. Study lounges and kitchenettes are provided on each floor. In addition, the hall has two classrooms, a lobby lounge with a big screen TV, two laundry rooms and a computer lab. |

Schneider Hall
Schneider Hall is one of the University's newer residence halls, and houses 168 residents in suite-style accommodations. The hall is co-ed by suite. Suites are arranged with four people each having an individual bedroom. Each suite includes bathroom facilities, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer unit. In addition the hall has a small lounge with a television, vending area, and laundry facilities. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible accommodations are also available. |

Siddall Hall
Renovated in summer 2000 with new paint and furniture, Siddall Hall is a co-ed, non-smoking, air-conditioned, 11-story residence hall that houses 450 students in double and single rooms. Each floor has a kitchenette and a lounge. Siddall features two large lounges, a sundeck and a computer room. |

Turner Hall
Turner Hall houses 419 men and women in suite-style accommodations. The hall is co-ed by suite. The majority of suites are arranged with four people sharing two double bedrooms. This hall includes a large classroom and lounge as well as various study lounges scattered throughout the facility. Each suite contains bathroom facilities, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer unit. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible accommodations are also available. |

Special interest floors allow you to live with students who share the same or similar academic programs. Each year we offer about a dozen different units focused on various areas. While no one is required to choose a special interest option, potential benefits of living on a special interest floor include having common classes with roommates or neighbors and ease in forming study groups.

| Stratford Heights: Opening Fall 2005
Stratford Heights, UC’s new affiliated housing, will house 710 residents in suite-style housing set in 10.5 acres across from McMicken Hall on Clifton Avenue. Each individual house and the 152 bed building are fully furnished and include quiet areas, a community kitchen, and a large screen television. Rates include all utilities, cable (HBO), high-speed wired and wireless internet connection, a personal phone line, and deluxe furnishings with personal refrigerator. Our community has a fitness center, convenience store, and on-site food service. |

University Park Apartments: Opening Fall 2005
University Park Apartments, UC’s new affiliated housing, will house 749 residents in our new upscale apartment community. Each fully furnished apartment includes a full modern kitchen, carpet and air conditioning. Rates include all utilities, wireless internet, cable (HBO) and phone. Our facility is located above 11 retail stores and restaurants and is conveniently located adjacent to the UC campus. |
