How to reserve your Stratford Heights parking permit online

Parking at Stratford Heights is managed by Central Parking, not the University of Cincinnati Parking Services division. Following is detailed information about parking at Stratford Heights and how to reserve your spot.

Congratulations on becoming a resident at Stratford Heights during the 2009 Fall Quarter at the University of Cincinnati. As a resident, you have the opportunity to priority purchase a parking permit for the lot or garage for the 2009 Fall Quarter.

The surface lots consist of Lot 1 (access from Clifton Avenue), Lot 2, Lot 3, and the Stratford Heights Parking Deck (upper and lower levels), which are accessed from Stratford Avenue. Lot 1, Lot 2 and the lower level of the Stratford Heights Parking Deck (covered) contain reserved spaces only.  The quarterly rate for the surface lot is $150.00 for a non-reserved space and $195.00 for a reserved space.  There is a $30.00 processing fee when signing up the first time.

The garage has five levels and is situated along the southeast quadrant of Stratford Heights with access from both Clifton Avenue and Stratford Avenue. The quarterly rate for the garage is $210.00 for a non-reserved space and $255.00 for a reserved space.  There is a $30.00 processing fee when signing up the first time.

If you would like to priority purchase a lot or garage permit for Fall Quarter 2009: 

• Go online to www.parking.com and click the icon on the right “monthly parking, pay online”. This directs you to another window and a log in screen.
• At the top click “Inquire”. This will display “A: To find rates and location information you'll need to search and select a location. Google mapping is used and when you select the location, an address, rates and hours of operation are displayed.
• Click here to get started.
• To search by address enter 2633 Clifton Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio. This will display all of the locations in Cincinnati, OH at the bottom in a list.
• Click the location listed as 2633 Clifton Ave (this is Stratford Heights). The location will be highlighted on the map with an information bubble.
• Within that bubble click ‘request parking’.

This will take you to a page to enter your information and send the request to be processed.

• Enter the start date as September 1, 2009 (even though classes do not start until September 23, 2009).
• Also, begin your automatic deduction starting October 1, 2009.  You will only be billed and charged once a quarter (NOT every month).

You will receive an email back from the website with an assigned parking rate and a link to continue set up. 

• To continue to process, click the link and complete the process.

Although the payment amount may list on the website as monthly, the charge for Stratford Heights is a quarterly charge.  This will set up payment information and process your payment. If you do not complete this transaction, you will not have parking. When the process is completed you will receive a confirmation explaining the transaction is complete. 

• You will need to print this confirmation and bring it with you when picking up your pass at The Height’s Pavilion at Stratford Heights on Monday September 21^st between 8am and 6pm or Tuesday September 22^nd between 9am and 4pm.

Lot and garage permits not sold on a priority basis will be sold Monday, September 21, 2009 from 8am-6pm, and Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 9am-4pm on a first come first served basis at The Height’s Pavilion at Stratford Heights.  Payment will need to be made in the form of check, cash or money order.  Central Parking is not able to process credit cards on these days for garage and lot permits. 

Permit parking is sold on a quarterly basis coinciding with the University of Cincinnati’s academic quarters. Display of a valid hangtag (from the rearview mirror or on the dash of the vehicle) is necessary while parking on Stratford Heights surface lots. Vehicles not displaying a valid hangtag while parked on Stratford Heights surface lots are subject to immediate tow.
