Summer Meal Service Information

Dining Services

Meals are easy to manage when you eat on campus in the summer. The dining center offers all-you-care-to-eat fresh food stations in a comfortable setting. This option is a great solution for groups staying overnight, and easy to fit into a busy schedule for day-camps and conferences.

MarketPointe Dining Center will be open for summer conference season. Located next to Siddall/Calhoun Halls, it's a comfortable 10-minute walk from the most distant corner on campus. The register accepts cash, credit card, Bearcat Card, and pre-arranged meal cards.  MarketPointe is also a hot spot for Wi-Fi internet service.

 Summer Conference Housing Meal Rates

*Weekend service is dependent upon a  guaranteed number of a 150 ppl or more, each meal. The dining center will offer limited service on July 4th. For weekend service requests, please call the Summer Conferencing office: 556-6470.

Extended Service Rate: $150.00 per half hour. If your group's dining needs are beyond the standard service hours because of your group's tight schedule, you can request an extension for the dining service by ordering 2 weeks in advance. This service is available for large groups. The service fee will be added to your group's invoice.

Independent Visitors:
Click here to order convenient Independent Meal Plans if you are visiting campus for an extended period of time. This meal plan provides value and ease of mind knowing where you're next meal is.

Group Organizers/Conference Coordinators:
Download the Meal Request Form for your group's meal needs. Save it, complete it, and return to the Summer Conference Housing office five business days prior to meal service. Complete a form for each week of service you will need. You can email, fax, or mail the form(s) in. More information below.

 To Request Dining Services for Groups:

1. Complete and submit the "Meal Request Form" at the link above. A response will be delivered to your email and your request will be reviewed.
   
2. A final confirmation notice will be emailed.
   
3. Bearcat meal cards will be issued to the Conference Coordinator either on the check-in date of the conference at the designated Residence Hall (front desk), or by other pre-planned arrangement for your needs.
   
4. Conference guests must present the meal cards to the cashier at MarketPointe for each meal.
