The Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count and dates will be used to confirm summer housing. Once confirmed, both are binding 30 calendar days prior to conference arrival date. A group cancellation is permitted without penalty, 30 days prior to your arrival date.

You pay one night of the Guaranteed Minimum Guest count and a $200 penalty fee |
