The Guaranteed Minimum Guest Count and dates will be used to confirm summer housing. Once confirmed, both are binding 30 calendar days prior to conference arrival date. A group cancellation is permitted without penalty, 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation must be submitted by E-mail to: HFSConferenceServices@uc.edu. |
